What we collect

If you write to us through the form, we receive the name, company, country, optional website, email, your note on operations, and whether you prefer email or WhatsApp. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you send.

Why we use it

To reply to a discovery enquiry, decide whether we can help, and keep a short record of that conversation. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising networks.

Where it goes

Submissions are sent to hello@metaliquestudios.com. If Formspree or Resend is configured for this site, a copy goes there too. If you choose WhatsApp, we open a chat to +44 7470 284435. The WhatsApp service is operated by Meta; their terms apply to that channel. If you book a discovery call, Cal.com processes that booking.

Cookies and analytics

The site needs cookies (or similar) that the host uses to deliver pages. We do not set marketing cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used; Google may set its own cookies — see their policy. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active, then for a limited period so we can resume it if you write again. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a contracted engagement.
