These Terms govern your use of Metalique Studios services. These are governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
By contacting Metalique Studios via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, or by subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metalique Studios, Mumbai, India.
Metalique Studios provides a done-for-you website design, hosting, and management service. Upon receiving your order and payment, our team will design and build a custom website based on your brief. The website will be hosted on our servers and made live within 3–5 business days of receiving all required information from you.
Our service is billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). The Starter plan is ₹2,499/month, Growth plan is ₹4,999/month, and Pro plan is ₹9,999/month. Payment is due upfront at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans are discounted and billed annually. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, and major credit/debit cards via our payment gateway.
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To claim a refund, contact us at hello@metaliquestudios.com or WhatsApp +91 99879 11330. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your website will be taken offline. Your content will be preserved for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate and complete information about your business for us to build your website; (b) ensuring you have the rights to any content, images, or logos you provide to us; (c) reviewing and approving your website in a timely manner; and (d) keeping your contact details up to date.
You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing this content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to build and operate your website. The website design, templates, code, and structure are the intellectual property of Metalique Studios.
You may not use our service to create websites that: (a) promote illegal activities under Indian law; (b) contain hate speech, obscenity, or content harmful to minors; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) spread misinformation or are fraudulent in nature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your website if it violates these terms without notice.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, data centre outages, force majeure).
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Metalique Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to modify our service features or pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to any changes, you may cancel before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us directly. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
