11 / Heavy haul
No Transport
A fleet app for 68 trucks: coils, other loads, invoices, finance, workshop, and driver pay on one record.
No Transport ran sixty-eight trucks across mill coils — the big circular loads — plus bars, plates, bags, scrap, and the occasional machine. Money, shop, and pay lived in different places.
The truck is the object. Load, invoice, finance, workshop, and the driver sit on it. A new unit is not profit until finance is subtracted. An old coil well is not cheap if the bay has it.
Board, fleet, orders, money, workshop, people — a missing lashing photo, a POD still in someone’s pocket, and a clutch that cancelled two trips.

The circular load is a coil — mill scale, one piece, tens of tonnes. Same fleet also moves bars, plates, bags, scrap, and the odd machine. The board has to know which.
The problem
Trips in a diary, invoices after POD hunts, workshop in a chat, finance payments in the bank app, incentives on a scrap of paper.
What we built
The truck knows its load, its bill, its shop, and what it still owes. Owner can see which unit earned and which unit ate the month.
After it landed
- POD and photos actually gate the invoice
- Finance and shop show on the same truck as freight
- Incentive follows billed trips, not cancelled ones
In the product
- Trips by cargo — coil, bar, bag, scrap, abnormal load
- Invoice type and POD as a gate
- Revenue vs finance vs shop per truck
- Driver salary and incentive
- Workshop load on old vs new units
