Bookings, cleaners, maintenance, and owner reports were four tools. A boiler failure blocked a unit in one place and not the calendar. Statements were rebuilt by hand.
Benedetti is the property operation: units, week calendar, turnovers, tickets, owner statements. Works on Loft B holds the statement until the cost is real.
Units, calendar, turnovers, tickets, exceptions, owners — linen vs 16:00, a boiler that locks the diary, a deep clean that must not hit the owner.
Short-stay still fails when the calendar is not the turnover: property operations software that holds units, works, and owner reports together.
