Keel
A workshop app: the job card, MOT slot, courtesy car, and keys-hold are the same object.
Keel ran the day as a diary, a pegboard, and a key drawer. One courtesy Polo had two names on it by lunch.
The job is the object. MOT, parts, warranty, and the loan car live on it. Ready does not mean keys until money is on the record.
Today, bays, parts, courtesy, exceptions, warranties, people — one Polo, a warranty fight, and an unpaid Octavia.
Workshop days still fail when the card is not the keys: workshop job card software for the MOT slot, the courtesy car, and the invoice.

The problem
Diary for bookings, parts on a pegboard, courtesy keys in a drawer, warranty arguments in a group chat.
What we built
VRM, bay, parts, loan car, and money sit on the job. Desk cannot release keys while the invoice is open.
After it landed
- Courtesy cars stop being promised twice
- Warranty is a gate, not a chat
- Keys stay on the job until it is paid
In the product
- Job cards with VRM
- Bay vs courtesy clashes
- Parts on order as a gate
- Warranty vs invoice
- Keys held until paid
