Redoubt packed for three brands on one floor. When it got busy, totes mixed and a cutoff was a shout.
Each wave knows its client, its carrier, and what it must not touch. An ASN at the gate holds the Civic wave. Returns do not restock until QC.

The problem

What we built
A wave cannot steal another client’s tote. Cutoffs, ASN at the gate, and returns waiting on QC are one picture.
