Northfield
A dispatch and invoicing app: the visit, van stock, and invoice are the same object.
Northfield’s day lived in a diary, a group chat, and an invoicing tool opened on Monday. Parts were memory. Unassigned leaks sat until someone noticed.
The visit is now the object. Technician, van stock, notes, and the invoice are the same record. Completing on site writes the bill; the office does not rebuild it.
Today, the board, van stock, invoices, exceptions, and workload — the cafe leak, the loan boiler, and the overdue bill sit on the same jobs.
Field days still fail when the visit is not the invoice: field service operations software for jobs, van parts, and paperwork on one record.

The problem
Diary for bookings, memory for parts, WhatsApp for status, invoicing days later from incomplete notes.
What we built
Technician completes on the floor; parts and photos attach; the invoice is written from the job, not rebuilt on Monday.
After it landed
- Jobs complete in the system because it is faster than the chat
- Parts on the van are visible against the open job
- Outstanding money is a list, not a hunt
In the product
- Dispatch with SLA & clashes
- Van stock vs open jobs
- Parts, photos, sign-off
- Invoice from the visit
- Exceptions & overdue cash
